  • If you or your family member need help with a high-risk circumstance but are not in an active crisis you can call the non-emergency line at 311.

  • An officer will be dispatched to your location, if desired, to assist you with your concern.

  • You may also call this number if you are feeling unsafe and would like a ride to the hospital to receive care.

 

 

9-1-1

  • If you or a family member are experiencing safety concerns/are in an active crisis, please call 911.

  • Explain that the situation is a safety concern and the nature of the concern.

  • Let the operator know if there are any weapons or if the situation is potentially harmful to anyone else in the environment.
